Ignition — the harness wakes

The Contract — limits first, always

0:09–0:18

Before any agent is named, Cris signs the four-rung autonomy ladder (HL-07). Sealing it mints the first receipt. Grokbot hides guardrails behind preferences — the harness puts them on stage.

First Quest — A-52 issues your first canon

The onboarding cell (A-52 P0W3RQU3ST) delivers four quest vessels — your rulings become the tenant's first canon. Each seals with a receipt; they arrive half-sealed (endowed progress).
